Radishes with Butter and Pink Sea Salt

Oh how I love the fabulousness of simplicity!  This appetizer is perfect with drinks and as a bonus is trés French, non?  I just love when you can put out a few simple ingredients, and create something special.  The pink sea salt is a beautiful compliment, but any flaked sea salt will work nicely (but you have to admit — pink = fun). This is a time to use really good quality ingredients, like organic radishes, and a rich organic, salted butter.  Eagerly enjoy with a glass of Champagne!

Organic Radishes

Radishes with Butter and Pink Sea Salt

1 bunch organic radishes
1 stick good quality, salted butter, left out for about an hour
Small bowl of pink flaked sea salt, or other flaked sea salt
Crackers and/or slices of fresh baguette

Wash and dry radishes carefully, as they can be quite dirty (especially the organic ones!).  Trim stems and any roots and place on platter, along with the butter, crackers/baguette, and pink salt.

Dip each radish in butter, then salt, and enjoy!  Now how easy was that?!
